Thesis: Despite it sounding like something so easy and simple to do, sometimes reading people's emotions, especially when they try and mask them, can be harder than it seems. I'm going to give you a few pointers on how to read someone's emotions so that hopefully you'll be able to better assess how someone is feeling and be able to act more accordingly.
1. What does it even mean to "read someone's emotions?"
2. Methods for reading emotions: Checking body language, composure, tone of voice

Thesis: The regulations to be met in order to label a food "organic" allow for non-organic foods to still be labeled organic. Organic food labels trick those who do not exactly know what the FDA classifies as organic. Real organic foods are not usually available in lower income neighborhoods.
