REDO's and REVISIONS
- If you receive a REDO you must REDO your outline in order to receive a grade for your speech. I will place a grade for you in my grade book next to a REDO note and your grade will not solidify until you REDO Your OUTLINE!
- If you receive a CHECK MINUS on your outline. You can revise your outline. You are given ONE WEEK to REVISE your outline. Should you decide to REVISE your OUTLINE you will receive a half grade and it will be added to your speech grade. FOR EXAMPLE; A student who receives a C- for a speech with a poor outline is able to REVISE the outline and bring their grade up to a C. Keep in mind a check minus is not a REDO.. If you receive a REDO .. your grade will turn into a ZERO without the REVISION.
- If you receive a CHECK on your formal outline the same rules will apply as that of the check minus. You have the option to revise and if you choose to do so, you will receive a half grade. This means if you received a B.. you will now be at a B+. If you received a B+, you have an opportunity to earn an A.
